Fixed an issue with removing power during power up that caused outputs to mute.
Fixed an issue with front panel lockout allowing the Mute All Outputs if a mute button was held during power up.
Updated Front Panel Loader. Added 5 attempts to see if the front panel will respond before trying to update the front panel code. Added 5 attempts to see if the front panel is ready to be programmed before exiting loader to allow the unit to continue to boot.
