 - Fixed some reporting issues on WebGUI Scaling Resolution and Video Output Details
 - Improved how RX WebGUI pages are refreshed when connection mode changes
 - Fixed issue where sending RXCLR would require reboot to send other commands
 - Corrected a 4K to 2K switching issue that sometimes resulted in a blue screen
 - Fixed problem where DVI HDCP1.4 signal through TX-RX pair results in snow after hotplug of HDMI cable
 - Improved ID button functionality to match expected results as outlined in manual

 - When given a Static IP instead of auto setup, not reporting correct MAC Address 
 - When connectoin mode is NDP, the Controller URL cannot be set as IP on web, but only MAC addrass. for TCP/UDP mode vice-versa.

5. Programming Information

 - These devices can be updated using a VNM (Virtual Netlinx Controller)
   but the update will go much faster if you can connect to a physical
   Netlinx controller.  VNM update could take up to 2 hours but
   using a physical controller should take less than an hour.

6. Notable Points
----------------------------------------------------------
 - PLEASE READ the Quick Start Guide in regard to the DIP switches located on the 
   DXLink 4K60 HDMI Fiber Transmmiter Module before attempting to connect to the network.

 - These units have a web interface that is accessible by entering
   the URL of the device into a web browser.  This may indicate there
   is a certificate error, but you can select the Advanced option at 
   the bottom and proceed to the page.  A new certificate can be loaded
   via the web interface.

 - This web interface is only available when connected to a DXLink 4K60 Fiber Receiver.
   It is disabled when connected to other devices or a switcher.

 - This device has a default static IP: 192.168.1.2 when it isn't assigned a dynamic IP 
   by DHCP server or auto-setup porcess.
