The Region Wizard is for customizing the shape and rotation of a region such as the Region Button
Region Preview: Shows a preview of the region during editing
Shape: The shape of the region. Select from Rectangle, Circle, Pie Shaped or Trapeziod
Vertices: The number of vertices in the shape
Arc Angle: For the Pie Shape, sets the arc angle of the top of the pie
Top Percent: For the Trapezoid, sets the percentage of the top side of the trapezoid compared to the bottom
Rotation: The rotation of the region
