BLU-DA

The BLU-DA, formerly known as the BLU-DAN, is a Dante to BLU Link bridge which adds Dante functionality to BLU Link devices. The BLU-DA is a Dante enabled device providing support for AES67 networked audio standard.

General

Name: The name of this item

Class Name: The type of this device

Device ID: The ID number of this device

Clock

BLU link sync: The sync source for the BLU link digital audio bus. Default, Sync to BLU link or sync to BNC

Sample Rate Pulldown: Sample rate pulldown frequency when an external sync source is being used

Sample Rate: Offers changing the sample rate from 48kHz to 96kHz and vice-versa

Dante

AES67 Enabled: When set to YES AES67 support is provided over Dante. This is set to YES by default.

AES Multicast Prefix: This is the value of the second octet of the Dante Multicast IP Address : 0-255

Rename Dante Card: When set to YES the BLU device will rename the Dante card upon reloading the design to the device

Rename Dante Channels: When set to YES the BLU device will rename the Dante channels upon reloading the design to the device

Serial Port

Acknowledge (ACK): Set to 'yes' to inform the London device that is should expect acknowledgement of the messages being sent.

Baud Rate: Drop-down selection for the Baud Rate

Date Bits: The number of bits fro data

Parity: The parity

Stop Bits: The number of stop bits

Dynamic Meters

Dynamic Meters: The number of Dynamic Meters to use in this device. Hover the cursor over a wire in the design while online and a Dynamic Meter displays the signal level.

Optimizations

Logic Change Block: If enabled, only Logic Sources and Ends will be written to the change block. Only enable if there are performance issues with logic.

Logic Subscription: If enabled, only Logic Sources and Ends will be subscribed to. Only enable if there are issues with logic.
