General Settings

Double click on the General button to open the General information sub-panel.

The general settings panel allows the user to view information for a particular device. This information may be useful for communicating details about the device to technical support.

Information Display Fields

Amp Model – Displays the model of the device.
Amp Serial # - Displays the serial number of the device.
Amp Date Code – Displays the date code of the device.
Firmware Version – Shows the firmware version currently installed in the JBL DPCN input module. The firmware installed in the input module must be compatible with the version of Audio Architect software in use. Audio Architect software will prompt the user to "Update Firmware" if device firmware is not compatible with Audio Architect software version in use. Firmware is updated using the Audio Architect Firmware Update Wizard.

Channel Label – Identifies the output bandpass amplifier channel associated with that device's control sub-panel. The number of label fields shown in this panel vary with the number of output JBL DrivePack^® amplifier channels provided for that device.

The number of Channel label fields that appears on the panel directly corresponds to the number of output channels available to that device.

There is also a user configurable button available for device identification.

Data Button - Illuminates the Data LED on the JBL DrivePack Input module panel.

The user can click on any of the user configurable fields and enter data as needed.
